
The Sustained Education Executives Network (SEEN) brings Olympic-level performance training to education leadership, helping sitting superintendents and senior executives build the resiliency and strategic practices needed to lead effectively over time.
This highly-selective, 8-month intensive program combines research-backed strategies with peer accountability support from women who understand the unique demands of executive education leadership.

Program Overview
A cohort-based opportunity, SEEN members participate in research-based in-person and virtual programming over the course of eight months facilitated by our own 2x Olympian, Lara Dallman-Weiss.
The Sustained Education Executive Network is focused on four pillars of sustainable leadership:
Body
Physical practices that maintain energy and presence during long days and high-pressure decision-making
Sleep
Recovery strategies that ensure mental clarity for complex problem-solving and stakeholder management
Nutrition
Balanced eating approaches that support consistent performance specific to women’s health
Purpose
Centering practices that focus on goal-setting and maintaining motivation when facing system-wide challenges
