Executive Members are invited to:
All-Network Sessions: Quarterly virtual sessions with the most influential women leaders in education and beyond.
Foundational Sessions: Offered annually, four sessions focused on the core leadership challenges women face: burnout and bias, navigating uncertainty, survival tactics, and leading through conflict.
Content-Specific Sessions: Targeted learning on topics that members have identified as critical to their success, such as finance, decision-making, negotiation, AI, health, and more - examined through the realities of women’s leadership.
Goal Setting and Accountability Series: Quarterly, facilitated sessions focused on goal setting, progress reflection, and accountability across personal and professional priorities.

$3,100 annually
Gold Executive Membership includes all the same benefits and access as Standard Executive Membership, plus registration for the WLE 2027 Summit bundled into one payment.

We'll review your application and, once approved, send you a welcome email with information on submitting your membership payment and upcoming sessions.

You will officially be a WLE Executive Member and receive an invite to an onboarding session. You will then have access to all member resources, programming sessions, and community networking.

This structure allows us to onboard new members together as a group for built-in relationships and networking from day one. Additionally, this enables members access to the full year of WLE Executive Membership programming and engagement.

Yes. WLE Executive Membership may fit within your organization’s professional development, but members are required to gain approval directly with their organization. WLE can provide documentation to support your request, if needed.

The Summit is our once annual in-person convening. Executive Membership includes year-round programming, ongoing peer leader community, exclusive content, and discounted early bird Summit access.

Yes, absolutely. Executive Members will receive priority consideration and admittance for cohort opportunities.
