Executive Members are invited to:
All-Network Sessions: Quarterly virtual sessions with the most influential women leaders in education and beyond.
Foundational Sessions: Offered annually, four sessions focused on the core leadership challenges women face: burnout and bias, navigating uncertainty, survival tactics, and leading through conflict.
Content-Specific Sessions: Targeted learning on topics that members have identified as critical to their success, such as finance, decision-making, negotiation, AI, health, and more - examined through the realities of women’s leadership.
Goal Setting and Accountability Series: Quarterly, facilitated sessions focused on goal setting, progress reflection, and accountability across personal and professional priorities.

WLE convenes Executive Members at national conferences and major education gatherings, creating space for meaningful connection, shared learning, and relationship building with other women leaders. WLE also supports member-led gatherings at state and local conferences, helping organize intentional opportunities for connection and regional network-building.

WLE Executive Membership is a professional learning investment that fits professional development budgets.
Your annual membership includes access to all programming and the community. Executive members also gain early access to apply for cohorts and register for the WLE Summit*.
*Participation in Cohorts and WLE Summit registration fees are separate from WLE Executive Membership.

HOW IT WORKS
Become a WLE Executive Member:

Fully complete and submit the WLE Executive Membership Application prior to the winter deadline of January 31, 2026.

We'll review your application and, once approved, send you a welcome email and access to the exclusive WLE Executive Membership portal.

Use your personalized link to complete your member account and submit payment. We'll invite you to the new member onboarding call with others from your enrollment cohort.

You will officially be a WLE Executive Member and have access to all member resources, programming, and community networking.

Enrollment is open twice per year: January and August. If you're interested outside these windows, join our interest list to be notified when enrollment opens.

This structure allows us to onboard new members in cohorts for built-in relationships from day one and gives you immediate peer connections with others who join at the same time.

Yes. WLE Executive Membership may fit within your organization’s professional development, but members are required to gain approval directly with their organization. WLE can provide documentation to support your request, if needed.

The Summit is our once annual in-person convening. Executive Membership includes year-round programming, ongoing peer leader community, exclusive content, and discounted early bird Summit access.

Yes, absolutely - but Executive Members will receive priority consideration and admittance for cohort opportunities.
